Building a legacy in France
Douglas Scott was known for his terrible French accent and his passion for God. People would come to hear him speak, sometimes to laugh at a terrible French accent, but his ministry, that included people being healed and being changed by the proclamamtion of the gospel, had a great effect on the lives of many. My interest in his story comes from my father going over to France on short term trips to work with him in the Calais and Dieppe area. Whether this was before I was born or shortly thereafter I do not know but I am glad to see that Douglas Scott is not forgotten.
